The program is implemented in the form of step-by-step training (8 consecutive courses) in the basics of economics and business, invention and communications, leadership and entrepreneurship in children and adolescents according to the author’s program and the methodology of the International Education Network MINIBOSS BUSINESS SCHOOL.

The duration of each course is 1 year.
The academic program of each course is divided into 3 semesters with different methods and focus of development (from divergent skills to convergent):
1st semester: STUDYING BUSINESS THEORY in a game form (according to the course, according to the textbook), during which the student develops 8 basic intellects as "the full potential of the individual" and his practical abilities to create business ideas and successfully implement them. Learning goes step by step from course to course, forming outstanding abilities in entrepreneurship;
2nd semester: BUSINESS INCUBATOR - creating projects from A to Z (from idea to implementation and defense at the country's Startup Championship);
3rd semester: WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP and INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS CAMP from global networking and teambuilding among young leaders from different countries to determining the best projects of the year at the STARTUP WORLD CUP CHAMPIONSHIP.
ACADEMIC VOLUME:
The academic year (synchronized with the academic program in ordinary schools from September to May) and includes more than 600 acad. hours a year including
- at least 158 academic hours during the academic period,
- and more than 500 academic hours during the MINIBOSS International Summer Business Camps and World Championships.
